Following the power outage that happened last week at The Carlyle and throughout other areas of the Wilshire Corridor, we want to remind all residents that the only areas the emergency generator will keep lit during a power outage of any kind is the unit foyer and service hallways. It will not supply power for other areas in your units. If you have any questions, please contact management and we will be happy to help!

Are you ready for some “Spring Cleaning”? If you are “tidying” up and notice you have lots of extra files and documents lying around that you don’t want to keep taking up more space, but they have sensitive information and you can’t just throw them in the trash, we can definitely help!

We work with Williams Data Management, a professional company that offers shredding, storage, and other organizational services in both a residential and office setting. They come to you with their mobile shredding truck and you can watch them lift the burden off your shoulders and free up more space in your home!

If you are in need of their shredding services, please contact Rocky David, Assistant Manager, at 310-474-0649 or rdavid@actionlife.com, and he will be happy to set up your appointment!

Noise Reminder

We want to send a friendly reminder that moving furniture, walking while wearing heels, or playing loud music could be heard by your neighbors, especially during the late evening and nighttime hours. We kindly ask to consider your neighbors and try to minimize these occurrences. We have learned that adding small felt pads to furniture legs, removing loud shoes in the foyer, and lowering the volume at appropriate times could reduce the noise.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Concierge.

ACH - Automatic Payment Authorization

1.What is ACH?
ACH is an automatic payment service by which to pay your monthly association assessments.

2.How does it work?
Each month, your assessment payment is automatically deducted from your checking account and is credited to your Association account.

A reminder to complete the ACH application to no longer having to write out a check, spend an extra 44 cents on postage and worry about your payment getting delayed or lost in the mail. And no more late charges!

This service is available NOW, so please take advantage of this opportunity. To obtian a copy of the ACH application, please contact Ariga Shilvarjo at ashilvarjo@actionlife.com.When your application is processed, Action Property Management will send you a confirmation as to the starting date of your automatic payments. Until you receive a confirmation, continue mailing your payments. Payments will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the 5th day of each month. And you may cancel at any time. It’s as simple as that.

It’s safe… It’s easy…it’s convenient…and best of all it’s FREE!

Insurance Reminder

The Carlyle Residences has a strict insurance policy for all deliveries and any type of construction done in the building. Please make sure the delivery company, moving company, workers, contractors, etc. you are utilizing provides current and proper certificate of insurance before arriving at the building or they will be remanded.

You may contact the management office or front desk for the insurance requirements.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Valet Reminder

In an effort to provide excellent service for all residents in the community, we would appreciate your assistance by calling the Front Desk or texting Zingle at 310-245-7763 for your, or your guest’s vehicle, at least 15 minutes before it is needed, and we will be sure to have it in the driveway waiting for you. Please keep in mind, if you do text for your car, to make sure to include your unit #, which car you need and to wait until you receive a confirmation back from Zingle.

Unfortunately, driveway space is limited, so please know that typically we can only keep vehicles in the driveway for up to 15 minutes.  If your vehicle has not been moved, we may have to return it to the garage in order to make room for additional vehicles.

These general time limits also apply when you are returning home and would like to keep your vehicle in the driveway.  If you anticipate being longer than 15 minutes, or you have asked for your vehicle to be left in the driveway and more that 15 minutes have passed, the valet team will park your vehicle in the garage.  At which time, please call the front desk when you are ready to leave, and we will promptly bring up your vehicle.

Thank you for helping us provide everyone in the community with excellent service by being mindful of the limited space we have in the driveway.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Fitness Center Reminder

We are delighted to notice that there has been an increase in the number of gym users here at the Carlyle!  We are glad that you are finding this amenity to your liking and want to continue to make our gym the best possible place for your workout enjoyment. Due to this high level of usage, we kindly ask you to be considerate of your fellow fitness enthusiasts and neighbors by following a few simple rules:

1.    Please remember to WIPE DOWN all machines and equipment after use.

2.    Please use the spray bottle to SPRAY AND WIPE DOWN all mats after use.

3.    Please deposit all used TOWELS in the basket near the water dispenser

4.    Please throw out all TRASH and empty water bottles when finished.

5.    Please be respectful of neighbors when using musical devices.  If other members are there, please use EAR PHONES with your device.

6.    For your safety, please make sure to wear SNEAKERS while using the mats, weights and equipment.

7.    As a courtesy to others, please do not talk on your mobile phone while in the Fitness Center.

We thank you for your help and wish you continued pleasure in your work outs!

Thank you,
