Following the power outage that happened last week at The Carlyle and throughout other areas of the Wilshire Corridor, we want to remind all residents that the only areas the emergency generator will keep lit during a power outage of any kind is the unit foyer and service hallways. It will not supply power for other areas in your units. If you have any questions, please contact management and we will be happy to help!

Are you ready for some “Spring Cleaning”? If you are “tidying” up and notice you have lots of extra files and documents lying around that you don’t want to keep taking up more space, but they have sensitive information and you can’t just throw them in the trash, we can definitely help!

We work with Williams Data Management, a professional company that offers shredding, storage, and other organizational services in both a residential and office setting. They come to you with their mobile shredding truck and you can watch them lift the burden off your shoulders and free up more space in your home!

If you are in need of their shredding services, please contact Rocky David, Assistant Manager, at 310-474-0649 or rdavid@actionlife.com, and he will be happy to set up your appointment!

2019 Annual Board of Directors Elections

Dear Carlyle Homeowners:

The Annual Meeting of the Membership for your Association will be held on Thursday March 7th at 5:30 pm in the Carlyle Salon for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors.

At this time we are requesting candidates for the Board of Directors. The Board consists of five (5) members who are elected by the membership. You must be a homeowner to run for your Board of Directors. At this time there are three (3) positions up for re-election, each for a two (2) year term. The elected Board members will then meet and appoint officers, therefore, candidates will run for a position on the Board only, and not a particular office.

If you are interested in running for the Board, please complete the Candidate Registration/Questionnaire form that was mailed to you, and return it to the management office.

CANDIDATE STATEMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO 5:00 P.M. Friday January 25th 2019, IN ORDER TO BE INCLUDED ON THE BALLOT.

Thank you for taking an active, positive interest in your community!

To all Carlyle Residents:

Wishing you and your loved ones a very happy and healthy New Year!!

Reminder: Resident CPR/AED/FIRST AID Training- RSVP to Management

As discussed at the previous Board of Directors Meeting, with enough participation, we would have the opportunity to reserve a special Resident CPR/AED Certification Class!

Do you feel you would be prepared to jump into action in the event of a medical emergency? Gain the knowledge and confidence you want to have in an event like this by attending a CPR/AED Certification Class! The class would be hosted by Cintas and would take place on Thursday, October 25th from 5:30PM-10:00PM in the Club Room. You can never be too prepared when it comes to saving a life!

We do need enough participation to schedule a class; if interested in attending, we kindly ask to please notify building management by October 15th!

Resident CPR/AED Training

Dear Residents,
We are looking to have a Resident CPR/AED Training with Cintas sometime in October. We will notify you of the exact date once confirmed. In the meantime, if you are interested in participating in the training, please notify building management so they can make sure and reserve you a spot.
