Residents- As a reminder, you have until noon on June 11th to mail in your ballots.  If you prefer, you can drop them off with building management, and we will make sure they get handed to The Ballot Box on June 13th at the Annual Meeting.  

Remember, don’t forget to sign the outer envelope.  They will not be counted without a signature.

Don’t forget to look over the design boards in the main lobby to see the concept for The Carlyle’s new front courtyard.  If you have any specific feedback, please don’t hesitate to speak with management.  There are some very exciting changes coming in the near future for the look of your front drive!

This is just a reminder that next Tuesday, April 2nd is the Board of Directors Meeting. It will be starting at 5:00pm in the Salon. There will be refreshments to enjoy before the meeting so come early and visit with your neighbors! We hope to see all homeowners there!
