REG 4 TESTING SOON!
Thursday, January 29th: 8:00am to 5:00pm:
- We will be testing the alarms in all the common areas and all the units. During this time you will hear the alarm, see the alarm strobe lights, and the fire doors will close. We will need access to your foyer to test the pull station, fire doors, and smoke detector.
- We will be opening the foyer double doors (the doors that lead into your unit) to make sure they are working properly.
- All elevators (including service) will experience intermittent service interruptions between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. This means your elevator may have a delay of 5-10 min. Please plan accordingly.
- This will affect each floor for approximately 10-15 minutes, starting from the top units and working our way down. Due to the volume of units, we will not be able to notify you before we enter to your unit. The testing company will announce themselves upon arrival and will be accompanied by a member of our engineering staff.
- Please bring your keys when leaving your unit in order to open your foyer doors when you return home.
