At The Carlyle we always strive to offer the highest level of service to our residents and their guests; however, we want to be sure that all residents and their guests are aware that The Carlyle is a non-tipping building. To ensure that all guests are aware of our policy, staff members have been instructed to always politely decline a tip if offered.

We kindly ask you to refrain from tipping until the end of the year. At that time, there will be a list of staff members available, if you would like to show your appreciation. Gifts or gratuities are happily accepted during the holiday season.
